Deleting your data
Last updated: 7 September 2026
You can remove Anolema’s access to your advertising accounts yourself at any moment, and you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you. Neither requires a conversation with us first.
Stop our access immediately
This takes effect straight away and does not touch your campaigns, which stay in your own advertising accounts and remain yours.
- Google Ads. Open your Google account permissions, find Anolema and remove access. If you linked your account to our manager account instead, remove it in Google Ads under Admin, then Access and security, then Managers.
- Meta. In Business Settings, open Partners, select Anolema and remove us. You can also remove the app under Settings, then Business integrations, in your personal Facebook account.
- Tracking script. Delete the Anolema snippet from your website. Once removed, no further conversion data reaches us.
Delete your account and data
Email sascha@anolema.com from the address on your Anolema account, with the subject Data deletion request. You can also ask from inside the product, in Settings. We will confirm within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email address and password.
- Your business details, service area and budget settings.
- The access tokens for your Google and Meta accounts.
- Conversion events recorded by the tracking script, including the hashed email addresses and phone numbers.
- Campaign performance history we have stored.
- Creative images and videos you uploaded to your library.
What we cannot delete for you
Campaigns, conversion records and performance history that live inside your own Google Ads and Meta accounts belong to those accounts, not to us. They stay with you after we are gone, and only you or the platform can remove them.
We may also keep a minimal record where the law requires it, such as correspondence needed to meet a legal or tax obligation. Anything kept for that reason is held only for as long as the obligation lasts and is used for nothing else.
